Transport
The challenge
Transport services were spread across disconnected systems. Passengers, businesses and government agencies lacked a shared way to access and manage the services they depended on.
What we built
We connected 15 separate systems through one portal for passengers, businesses and public agencies. Passengers can track vehicles in real time, plan routes and top up transport cards. Operators and contractors have a shared place to work with city services.
Why it matters
Passengers need useful information when they travel; operators and agencies need connected services to manage the network. The portal brings both into one place, serving the public and more than 90 contractors.
